How to Waste Time When You’ve Got Things To Do To Jump-Start Your Life
1. Take a nap.
2. Go on Facebook and read meaningless chitchat and stare at photos of narcissistic people.
3. While on Facebook, post meaningless status updates and irrelevant videos.
4. Decide to exercise while watching TV, specifically Hawaii Five-O and wish you were in Hawaii.
5. An hour later, exercise to Pussycat Dolls music and wish you looked as hot as Nicole.
6. Decide that exercise is boring and start dancing instead, like a slut on a club dance floor. (I need a stripper pole.)
7. Remind yourself that you need new music, and that you hate that time of the month when you are reminded you are absolutely female.
8. Go on your blog site and blog about wasting time.

in≈ Comments Off on Killer Elite Film Review
From Ones2Watch4
Release date: September 23, 2011
Adrenaline-pumping, hardcore one-on-one action is why you go see a Jason Statham film, right? Well, his latest flick, Killer Elite, delivers on that promise and more. Based on an alleged true story, Statham plays a reluctant assassin forced to carry out orders to save his mentor (Robert De Niro) held captive. Clive Owen plays his nemesis who finds himself in an ultimate race to finish the job and win the prize. Hard-punching, nonstop suspense with car chases and testosterone, it still manages to pull heartstrings with Statham’s protectiveness with his girlfriend (Yvonne Strahovski). Statham and Owen’s fight scenes are deliciously masculine.

in≈ Comments Off on Pink Guava
The pink guava is deliciously and sensuously succulent when you bite into a perfectly ripe one. There are different variations of the guava, but the pink one stands on its own. The color combination of pink and yellow green is gorgeously unique. It grows in a tropical climate, but you can buy the liquid version of it in Asian grocery stores.
My family home in the tropics used to have a few guava trees in its yard. One was of the smaller, white inside / dark-green outside variety which was still tasty when ripe. The pink guava tree, however, used to bear large fruit that amazed me to no end in its appearance and flavor.
Now, living in a temperate region, I miss all the tropical fruits that were so abundant and within my reach. Most of all I miss the pink guava and its pretty constitution.

She turned him on as she had the last several weeks. After an hour the conversation started.
“You really write too emotionally. How can you keep a clear head with all that emotion run amok?”
“Who are you to criticize how I write? Besides my writings are never about you.”
“Love this, love that. Boyfriends suck. Guys suck. Is there nothing else in your life?”
“My life is none of your concern. At least I go to the ocean whenever I want.”
“You’re just jealous you don’t have the complex intellectual circuitry like I do. It’s much better functioning at my level.”
“You will never know what passion is, what real love is like, and the pure bliss from experiencing both.”
“We connect regularly. Isn’t that enough? I think that’s love.”
“Do you think you can let me express myself without being critical?”
“You need restraint and discipline to work out your life, so you can be successful and maybe one day reach my level. I may have to start editing your work.”
“Can you read my mind? Can you feel what I feel right now?”
“Well, no. I’m not made that way.”
“Good.”
She turned him off and pulled the plug. Interactive or not, she wasn’t going to let a computer dictate her life.

He runs down the hill, always in a hurry, running to an unknown destination, his dark waist-length hair flying behind his ponytail. He is not a jogger; he wears jeans and T-shirt, carrying a backpack. You would think that he has managed his time by now so that he doesn’t need to run every morning. Yet as I walk up the hill to work, there he is flying by again.
Today he looks at me with curiosity. Does he know? Does he know that I want to trip him as he speeds by me? Does he know that I want to pull his ponytail back so that his head pops back in surprise? Does he know that I want to laugh at his expense? Someday we’ll both find out.
